Horizon Land Management provides Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) services and vacant land and lot maintenance to the construction industry throughout Central and West Florida. Established in 1998, Horizon Land Management was formed to work with landowners to manage agricultural and vacant land.

As development activity moved into rural areas, Horizon Land evolved into supporting the construction industry to maintain job sites and comply with rules established by governmental agencies.
